Who doesn't love Rice Krispies squares?
These delicious and easy to make squares can easily be turned into delicious and festive holiday desserts.
Here is the basic recipe for the squares, all you need to do is add food coloring!
TIP: The choice of mold depends on the dimensions of the final product. The quantity obtained depends on the size of the mold and the thickness of the squares. A 4 kg mix gives about 90 2 "x 2" x 2" squares.
Here are some creative festive ideas to inspire you!
Simply cut these into a tree shape and add a pretzel stick at the bottom!
Spread your red and green Rice Krispies into two flat sheets, place the green on top of the red, and get rolling! Slice it up before you serve it to show off the colourful spiral.
Just add strawberries and whipped cream to make this simple treat.
Cut them into squares, add some sprinkles, and add one star-shaped tree tower.
Grab a star-shaped cookie cutter, red and green sprinkles (I even like to add a bit of gold and silver for the sparkle), and your Rice Krispies mix and you're ready to make this tasty recipe.
I love Rice Krispies because they are inexpensive, quick to make, and you can get really creative with the kids! You can find more recipe ideas on the official Rice Krispies site.
